President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump briefly visited the Supreme Court on Thursday, where he joined many of the country’s top legal luminaries at a formal ceremony welcoming his appointee, Justice Neil Gorsuch. While the Democratic attendance in comparison, however, was visibly lower, according to reports. Nonetheless, that did not stop liberal-leaning Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg from making an appearance at the ceremony — which is one feature of the evening people online haven’t stopped obsessing over.
That’s because, while there, Ginsburg, who has long been a critic of the president and referred to Trump as a “faker” in the 2016 presidential election, took a photo with him that has sent Twitter users wild with speculation in attempts to decipher her facial reaction. “Everyone smiling except for Notorious RBG,” one user tweeted, while another posted, “RBG wants no part of this photo.”
