The recent Hobby Lobby ruling by the Supreme Court was criticized by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in a scathing dissent that she wrote after the ruling. The court ruled that privately held corporations do not have to provide certain forms of contraception to their employees if they are ethically opposed to it.
