The 83-year-old justice (right) bashed the presumptive GOP nominee (left) during an end-of-term interview Thursday – and predicted instead that Hillary Clinton will become the next president. ‘I don’t want to think about that possibility, but if it should be, then everything is up for grabs,’ she said when someone asked about a potential Trump presidency. Ginsburg, the leader of the court’s liberal wing, said that the next commander-in-chief — ‘whoever she will be’ — will have a few appointments to make to the Supreme Court. She misses Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in February and has yet to be replaced. President Barack Obama has nominated Judge Merrick Garland for the ninth seat, but Senate Republicans have refused to hold a hearing or vote on Garland’s nomination.
